What this site does

kernable.com describes kernable, an event sourcing and CQRS kernel. It is a set of static pages: there are no accounts, no forms and no sign-in, and the site keeps nothing about you.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

kernable.com sets no cookies and does not count or track visits. There are no third-party scripts or fonts: the fonts, images and scripts are served from kernable.com itself, so your browser does not contact anyone else while you read the site.

Hosting

kernable.com runs on a server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in its German data centres. Hetzner acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. To deliver a page, the server necessarily receives your IP address and what your browser sends with the request; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the site, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Server logs

The web server in front of kernable.com keeps no access log. Errors of the web server itself are written to the server's system log, which removes the oldest entries as it fills.

Downloads

If you download kernable's install scripts or programs from kernable.com, the same applies as for any page: nothing about the download is kept.

Contact by email

If you write to us, for example to request early access, we process what you send in order to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. We delete it once the matter is settled and no retention obligation stands against it.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can reach us at hello@kernable.com.
